This is my second flannel and I LOVE IT!!! Fits great, I can wear it as is or over a tee. I will definitely order more. The Customer Service is great!!

Quality great, service horrible

The material quality is always great. The service was absolutely horrible this time. I bought the baseball flannel on 12/15. The flannel still hadn't shipped out 7 days later. I had to reach out to see what was going on. I was sent another flannel which was the wrong flannel (the football design) and they asked me to send back the original one I ordered if it showed up which I have no problem with. I reached out letting them know the wrong flannel was sent and that this was a gift and my dad already has the flannel they sent. I asked if I kept the wrong flannel that was sent could I get a discounted price for the correct flannel, I have still yet to receive any response over a week later after trying to keep money in the company's pocket after a much delayed shipment and the wrong item on top of that.
